The demo will showcase how to make traditional salmon patties flavored with old bay seasoning and other ingredients alongside creamy grits you’ll be able to recreate at home to enjoy with your family.
African American cuisine has many cultural influences and there will be a discussion of how these influences show up in other popular dishes in African American cuisine.
