Want to submit an event for the Downtown Worcester Events Calendar?

1. Visit: discovercentralma.org/events/submit-your-event/

2. Add your event details, including uploading an event cover photo.

3. Near the bottom of that page, you’ll see the question “Add to Downtown Worcester calendar?” Select “Yes” from that dropdown menu.

All submitted events are subject to review and approval by Discover Central Massachusetts and the Downtown Worcester Business Improvement District.

We recommend submitting your events are least two weeks in advance – the earlier the better for maximum exposure on our site and other marketing materials. Depending on the volume of events being submitted, it may take up to 5-7 days for your event to appear on our calendar.
