Cuban Yuca con Mojo is a popular starchy side dish served in a garlicky vinegar sauce enhanced with lime juice and red onions. Thai Cucumber Salad uses flavorful ingredients such as fish sauce and cilantro with spicy peppers. Both side dishes go well with grilled meat or seafood or simply enjoyed as you please.
