Negro Leagues Baseball Museum Exhibit: Buck O'Neil: Right on Time
Join the Worcester Public Library for a ribbon cutting ceremony for the exhibit on Wednesday, February 1 at 4 p.m. at the Main Library, 3 Salem Square.
The exhibit will be on view from Wednesday, February 1 through Sunday, April 2.
The exhibit chronicles the remarkable life and times of Negro Leagues legend John “Buck” O’Neil and is adapted from his acclaimed biography “I Was Right on Time.” Born the grandson of slaves, the exhibit traces O’Neil’s remarkable baseball career and the obstacles he overcame to become baseball’s grand ambassador through rare photographs and compelling video.
