DESCRIPTION:In this workshop\, we will talk about how to go about getting what's in your head onto the page — from hook to book. \nCarol Goodman Kaufman writes in several completely different genres. In her previous life as a psychologist and criminologist\, she studied and wrote about violence\, but in 2009 she switched to chronicling food and its history\, resulting in regular feature articles for the Worcester Telegram & Gazette and the Jewish press. Because she loves a good mystery\, she began writing short stories\, two of which appear in the recently published A Plot for Any Occasion (Potter's Field Publishing). Her first novel\, also a mystery\, will come out in 2023.
